CEO and Founder – BPM Specialist – Professor and Researcher

Andréa was a professor at the Institute of Computing (IC) at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). She worked as a post-doctor and researcher at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (COPPE / UFRJ) in 2014 and at Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) in 2015. She completed a Doctorate in Software Engineering focusing on Processes and Collaboration at COPPE / UFRJ in 2013.

EExperienced in participating in consulting projects for different companies, such as the Brazilian Navy, Petros, Vale, TIM, Petrobras, SENAI-CETIQT, Shell, National Archives, and Mongeral Aegon. She has been working for 20 years in Business Process Management (BPM) and Project Management and Requirements. Worked for more than 2 years as a Manager at Ernst Young (EY).

She also teaches postgraduate and extension courses. She has mentored students and published works in national and international congresses and journals related to the areas mentioned above.

As a digital expert, she maintains dheka’s YouTube channel, the dhekaCast channel podcasts on Spotify, Deezer, and Apple Podcast. She contributes to publications on the dheka blog and is a speaker and mentor.
