Diagnosing the level of collaboration of your business processes

The Collaboration Maturity Model (CollabMM) aims to organise collaborative practices that can be applied to the modeling of business processes. The model works as a diagnostic tool to determine the degree of collaboration existing in the organisations’ business processes.

CollabMM describes a path of progressive evolution through four levels of collaborative maturity. To reach a certain level, it is necessary to satisfy this level and its lower levels. Each level of collaboration, except the casual one, encompasses a set of objectives and collaboration practices that assist in its assessment. The practices have a specific purpose and objectives and can be carried out together, aiming at improving the collaborative capacity of the process.

How does this collaboration diagnosis work? Based on CollabMM’s collaborative maturity levels, the organisation chooses the level of collaboration it is prepared to achieve. For this selected level, dheka’s team of experts verifies that the expected work products are created properly, that collaboration practices are executed correctly and that the necessary tools have been adopted.

Thus, dheka analyses the degree of collaboration of your company’s processes.  From this diagnosis it is possible to characterize whether the level of collaboration has been reached. If the collaboration has not yet reached the desired level, it is possible to plan the necessary actions to accomplish it and to encourage collaboration in the company.
