CEO and Founder – BPM Specialist – Professor and Researcher
Andréa worked as a professor at the Institute of Computing (IC) at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). She worked as a post-doctor and researcher at Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (COPPE / UFRJ) in 2014 and at Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) in 2015. She completed a Doctorate degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Processes and Collaboration at COPPE / UFRJ in 2013.
Experienced in participating in consulting projects for different companies, such as the Brazilian Navy, Petros, Vale, TIM, Petrobras, SENAI-CETIQT, Shell, National Archives, and Mongeral Aegon. She has been working for 20 years in the areas of Business Process Management (BPM) and Project Management and Requirements. Worked for more than 2 years as a Manager at Ernst Young (EY).
She also teaches postgraduate and extension courses. She has mentored students and published works in national and international congresses as well as magazines – all of which related to the above-mentioned areas.
As a digital expert, she maintains dheka’s YouTube channel, the dhekaCast channel podcasts on Spotify, Deezer, and Apple Podcast. She contributes publications to the dheka blog and acts as a speaker and mentor.
Humberto completed a Master in Computer Systems – Data, Text Mining and Business Processes by Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (COPPE / UFRJ) in 2009. He has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2014.
Co-author of the book “Business Process Management” (BPM – Gerenciamento de processos de negócio) – Editora Érica and the book “Analysis and Modeling of Business Process – Focus on BPMN” (Análise e Modelagem de processo de negócio – foco em BPMN) – Editora Atlas.
Consultant specialized in carrying out management projects in small, medium and large companies, operating in the private and public segment.
He has worked for more than 10 years at Petrobras, performing project management (PMP), project portfolio management, process modeling and workflow automation, always seeking to generate solutions for business issues.
Experience in Software Selection projects including selection of solution providers as well as integrators.
Master’s student in Business Administration at MADE. She holds a bachelor´s degree in Information Technology from UNESA, with specializations in Business Management (FGV-RJ), Entrepreneurship and Education from PUC-RS.
She has become a Certified Document Imaging Architect (CDIA+) since 2009 and an Enterprise Content Management Specialist (ECMp and ECMs) since 2013 and 2015, respectively.
She is a Project Manager and Consultant specialized in managing business processes and documents, with more than 10 years of experience in small, medium, and large companies – private and public ones operating in several segments. She has worked for 12 years at Petrobras Distribuidora, performing Internet and ECM/GED project management jobs.
She holds bachelor’s degree in Production Engineer from Federal University of Alagoas. She was part of the Junior Enterprise Movement. She has worked as a Junior Evaluator of the State Quality Award through the Management Excellence Model – FNQ. Since 2017, she has been developing and carrying out projects focused on business processes, mainly applied to micro and small companies. She is also a Managing Partner of Expect Gestão.
She holds a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration and in Accounting Sciences from the Faculty of Administration and Accounting Sciences Moraes Junior.
She has experience in the financial market having worked in large financial institutions. Experience in the insurance sector in the automobile industry as a monitoring and quality analyst.
At dheka she manages the organization and performance of the accounting activities in accordance with legal and administrative requirements.
Graduated in Business Administration with an MBA in Project Management, both from Veiga de Almeida University (UVA).
Over 10 years of experience in project management, primarily within consulting firms. Worked across various business sectors with key clients including Petrobras (Oil and Gas), ONS (Energy), and Dermage (Retail).
Expertise in projects related to governance, internal controls, and implementations.
He holds a bachelor´s degree in Business Administration from the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRRJ).
He has Experience in Marketing and Communication in a large company and Marketing agency, focusing on content writing and proofreading, social media and blog management, online media, corporate communication, events, and brand activations.
He is fluent in English and Spanish is intermediate level.
